Placing the tiara is Robert Casey, master councilor. Miss Davis, daughter of Mrs. Fay Davis, 31 N. Third Ave, was awarded the honor during the recent convention session at Saratoga Springs. She traveled there with her mother and members of the Ilion Chapter, Order of the DeMolay, to enter the regional competition She is eligible to enter state and international sweetheart contests.
