New York State Jaycees Outstanding Teenage Young Man Award

WINNER of the New York State Jaycees Outstanding Teenage Young Man Award is Wallace Gay, Jr., of 148 John St., Ilion High School senior, who previously won the local, district and divisional awards Gay received the state plaque at a special ceremony held by the Ilion Jaycees last night at the Ilion Elks Lodge. From left, James Brewer, new member; Larry Sickler, president; Gay; and William Brewer, chairman. Gay will receive a scholarship from the state unit. He plans to attend Lancaster College in Pennsylvania.
