Athletic Trophies Presented in Ilion

Ilion - The presentation of the Ilion Varsity Club and the Rocky Cramer Memorial trophies marked the final assembly program in Ilion high school yesterday.

The Varsity Cup was presented to Thomas Mills by club president Ernest Sitts, in recognition for being "not the best athlete, but the best 'plugger' whose heart and soul was in the game every minute."

The Rocky Cramer award went to Herman Schaepe for being the most outstanding Senior in athletic competition. The presentation was made by J. G. Prindle, principal. Dr. E. P. Watkins, superintendent, spoke.
