Ilion High Senior Honor Group Listed

Miss Shirley Pett, Ilion Gorge, with an average of 92.62, becomes Valedictorian of the 1943 graduating class of Ilion High School, and Miss Joan Hawes, Grove St., with an average of 92.34, will be salutatorian.

J. Guy Prindle, principal, said the class has 103 members at present and the actual June graduation number will be in that vicinity, although some may not be able to graduate due to failure in final examinations or regents.

The next eight honor listings are: Howard Morse. 89.18; Wilma Browning, 89.76; Donald Smith, 89.36; Mildred Rowland, 88.80; William Billington, 88.73; Bernard Duval, 88.65, Mary Garlock, 88.57, and Elisabeth Thom, 88.46.
