Commencement To-night To-night the High School commencement will be held when the following programme will be carried out: The program was as follows: March, "X'nder the Double Eagle" (Wagner), High School Orchestra; prayer, the Rev. Calvin H. French; "Influence of Woman In Society," Margaret Toomey; "Equal Wages," Lillian Burch; overture, "Mignonette" (Baumann), High School Orchestra; "Preparedness," Juyen J. Namminga; "Higher Education," Irene Sweet; "The Value of the Regents' System," Gertrude Burns (excused); violin solo, "Faust Fantasia de Concert. Op. 47" (D. Aluad), Constance A. Miller; accompanist, Miss Ruth T. Cafferty; "The Retention of the Philippines," Helen Maurice; "Lincoln in the High School," Irwin Simpson; medley overture, "Echoes from Naples" (Ascher), High School Orchestra; "The Value of Physical Training," Anita Kapfer; "Conservation," Warren Coleman; "Canada's Loyalty," Harriet Weaver; presentation of diplomas.
