Ilion High's Ideal Sportsmen

Recipients of one of the highest honors attainable in Ilion High School are Robert Fay and Miss Gerttrue Tjeerdsma, shown above, both members of the graduating class of 1937. They were named as being finest examples of sportsmanship in the school this term. As a reward, their names will be engraved on a bronze plate an attached to a plaque furnished by the National Sportsmanship Brotherhood. Mr. Fay is vice-president of the senior class and Miss Tjeerdsma is the secretary.
