Seniors at Ilion Hear Sermon by Methodist Divine Rev. A.B. Corbin Preaches to Graduating Class of High School Sunday night, the members of the graduating class, Ilion High School, attended the Ilion services at the Methodist Church and listened to a special sermon by Rev. A. B. Corbin. Friday night, the senior ball was enjoyed at the auditorium of the West Hill School The class and school colors … with Japanese decorations and favors made the scene a most artistic one. Members of the faculty and junior class were guests of honor and the patrons and patronesses were Superintendent and Mrs. E. P. Watkin, Principal and Mrs. J. G. Prindle, Mr. and Mrs. Emory Watson, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Darling. The Black and White Orchestra of Utica furnished excellent music for dancing from 9 to 1'clock. The committee in charge, deserving of much credit, were Joseph Smith, Chairman, decorations; Miss Margaret Ellis, program; William Leanor, publicity; Miss Eleanor Chamberlin, punch. Thursday night at the Capitol Theater the commencement exercises will be held. The officers of the class are President, John Spicer; vice president, Margaret Ellis; secretary and treasurer, Joseph Keyser; faculty adviser, Mrs. H. E. Day.
