NEXT WEEK IS COMMENCEMENT WEEK - SCHOOL DAYS ARE OVER

The Handsome Alumni Book is Now Ready - The Alumni Banquet Next Wednesday evening - Newsy School Notes.

The new Alumni Book is a gem; it has a flexible illuminated cover and is freely illustrated with full page outlay. Facing the title page is a handsome cut of the board of editors; Marion Hakes, editor in chief., Jessie Hartford and Anna Reilly assistant editors, and Harris Beebe business manager; the work is a valuable and beautiful compendium Ilion school history; it gives a sketch of the rise and progress of Ilion schools, a list of honors and honor students, a roster of teachers with cuts of the Board of Education and principals, and a detailed history of each class by members with class color, motto and everything but the class yells: we presume that the printer's pi box was inadequate to produce these: the body of the book is printed on handsome Old Stratford paper; the cover is in straw colored flexible cover, all punched with brown cord; it is a handsome volume and should be in every home: it can be obtained of any of the editors or class of 1904 or at the school house.

A limited number of copies of the Alumni Book besides those needed in supply the graduates of the school are now ready for delivery. Everyone who has ever attended the Ilion schools and all who have children in school now should have a copy of the book It is interesting to see what the graduates of the High School are doing, and it may be an inspiration to someone. Show your appreciation of the splendid work the editors have done by purchasing a copy.
