Prizes Awarded
First Prize: 75$, a T-shirt with your logo on it, and your picture will appear
in the newspaper
Second Prize: $50 and your picture will appear in the newspaper
Third Prize: $25 and your picture will appear in the newspaper
The 13th Annual Ilion Days Contest Rules
Logo Contest is open to all Ilion students
Deadline for all entries is April 12, 1999
All entries must be handed in to an art teacher by the deadline
Your name should appear only on the back of your art work
Entries must be in Black ink, on an 8xll inch piece of white paper
The logo should advertise this community event in some way and should follow the Ilion Days selected theme.
The 1999 Theme is "A Century of Light"
You cannot use copywrited or trademarked logos, as part of your design!
(samples of excluded images include: Snoopy, Mickey Mouse, Barney)
You may enter one logo.
Any art work not following all these rules
will automatically be eliminated
The logo will be chosen by the Ilion Days Comniittee.
The artist's name will be revealed only after the three winners have been chosen.
The logo chosen will be used throughout the Ilion Days Celebration,
for advertising, and will appear on the official Ilion Days T-shirts.
