Alumni Address Directory (770k+) - a directory compiled from alumni website registrations, this is no longer being maintained. IHS Directory, Classes 1873 - 1925 (149k) - a directory compiled of 1,178 alumni, as published in the Alumni book, "History of the Union School". The book was published in 1925 and contained the names and address of each alumnus, as of 1925.
Here's a breakdown on some of the first names, which appeared most frequently amongst the class members from 1873 to 1917. 'Mary' was the favorite for female names, followed closely by Anna, Helen, Nellie, Elizabeth, Grace, Florence, Carrie and Mabel. On the male side, Princess Dianna wouldhave been right in style with her choice for the Princes' names. The top two names for male graduates were 'William' and then 'Harry'. Other favorite male names were Frank, Fred, Charles, George, Arthur and John.
